I bought 2 dvd the 20/20/10 but only 1 has arrived … but the price of 2 DVDs were debited from my account…Can you help me please? thanks !
after almost 2 months from ordering and charging my credit card no reply and no way to communicate with these guys i highly suggest to everyone interested to buy this dvd to try get it from another site……..
I haven’t received it either 1.5 months after I placed my order here, although I have been charged for it!!! I wish I have read these comments before buying it…
I did receive my copy soon after I placed the order (it’s been several months now) so I’d like to point out they aren’t scamming you guys. The packages sent to the two of you probably had a wrong adress or were misplaced in customs. I know, it sucks to pay for something and not receive it, but personally I don’t think these guys are to blame since I received my copy very soon after I ordered it, and I know of two other friends who received there’s as well.
these guys goes of course to the ones that run the site and the inadequate service they provide….anyway i ll check with five ten which they mention that is in charge of the shipping process….
and denis yes it sucks to pay for something and not receive it but it sucks more not having a way to communicate with the administrators of the site to find a solution for a problem that you re not responsible for….

When arrive dvd?
Three weeks and counting here, emailed on after eight days and was informed the DVD had been dispatched, but no sign yet.
Mildly annoying as the trailer looks brilliant.
Another week and no sign of the DVD, nor any reply to emails sent to the same address I received a response from Stéphane after my initial enquiry.
Might consider contacting PayPal soon.

I’ll be opening a dispute with PayPal this evening for not having received the item I paid for.
Hopefully I can find a local shop or other online outlet to purchase from as the film looks great, although I’d have rather have bought direct to support those who made it.
DVD arrived today, didn’t get round to opening a dispute with PayPal.
Guess I should be more patient!

I ordered the DVD during easter holidays. I got an out of office. But the week after, I received the DVD. So certainly no complaints form my side regarding speed of delivery.
